SUMMARY:Citrus Circuit: a Scenic Florida Drive
DESCRIPTION:Join Geoff and Maurice on The Citrus Circuit\, a scenic drive through the backroads of Volusia County\, Lake County\, and the Ocala National Forest in Florida. We met so many great Florida drivers at other events that we wanted to do something local. \n\n\n\nPlan to arrive on Friday\, December 5\, for some afternoon and evening socializing and a spontaneous dinner in DeLand. We will hit the road the morning of Saturday\, December 6. Our drive is about 150 miles in length and will take about 4 ½ hours including a lunch stop. \n\n\n\nWe’ll start and end at The Artisan Downtown Hotel in DeLand\, FL. There will be a group lunch stop at a restaurant along the way\, a stop at one of the scenic towns\, and the area Mural Trail for photo ops. After the Tour\, we’ll gather at the hotel lounge for refreshments and then a group dinner.  We’ll depart on Sunday\, December 7\, all refreshed and ready for some Christmas shopping.  \n\n\n\nParticipation is limited to 15 cars. Reservations at The Artisan Downtown Hotel are available but space is very limited and rooms vary in size. We’ve locked in a rate of $165.00 per night. SUMMARY:February Full-Send: a Track Weekend at AMP
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports for a weekend of hot laps at Atlanta Motorsports Park\, in partnership with Hooked On Driving! We have a private run group that’ll get about 2.5 hours of track time each day\, as part of a larger event focused on going faster\, safer. All skill levels are welcome\, from novice to advanced\, and instructors will be available for those newer to track days. We can accommodate up to 24 drivers. \n\n\n\nYour entry fee includes two days of driving\, happy hour and dinner on Saturday evening\, and branded event merchandise! \n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nWe have a room block at Amicalola Lodge at the discounted rate of $200 per night. Use code 06607 when booking your room. \n\n\n\nSafety & Technical Inspection\n\n\n\nSA2020 or SA2025 helmets are required for the event. Motorcycle or M helmets are not allowed. \n\n\n\nThe track worthiness of your car is your responsibility. Cars driven on track require a high level of maintenance. The checks listed on the Tech Form are a guideline only to help you arrive at the track with a safe and track-worthy vehicle. \n\n\n\nClick here to download and print the Hooked On Driving tech form. \n\n\n\nCar numbers are mandatory. They must be on both sides of the car\, at least 6″ high\, and easily visible to the corner workers. \n\n\n\nIf you have 5- or 6-point harnesses\, a HANS is mandatory. \n\n\n\nHigh Center of Gravity vehicles are not allowed at HOD HPDE events. This includes crossovers/SUVs\, 4X4 Trucks\, and minivans. Yes\, this is different than our trackcross policy. No\, we cannot make exceptions. It’s an insurance thing. \n\n\n\nConvertibles\n\n\n\nConvertibles are allowed on track assuming the manufacturer states they have rollover protection\, or if they have aftermarket rollover protection meeting or exceeding the most current SCCA Solo1 standards. NC and ND Miatas must have aftermarket rollover protection as the hoops behind the seats are very much not structural. \n\n\n\nDrivers must be able to pass a “broomstick test” in which they fit underneath a broomstick laid from the windshield header to the top of the roll bar. Out Motorsports and Hooked On Driving make no judgment as to the safety of allowed convertibles compared to hardtop cars. \n\n\n\nIf you are unsure about your convertible being approved for this event\, please email us before signing up. \n\n\n\nRefund/Cancellation Policy\n\n\n\nWe’ll run rain or shine! As with our trackcross events\, we have a strict “no cancellations” policy. We understand things happen\, but this policy allows us to keep events priced as fairly as possible for all. If you register and ultimately cannot attend\, you may transfer your registration to another attendee up to 72 hours before the event. Please email us if that is the case. Thank you for understanding!

SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Trackcross East #1
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports at Summit Point Motorsports Park for two days of trackcross on Shenandoah and Washington Circuits! Trackcross is autocross-style competition – fastest driver from point A to point B – but on portions of a racetrack. Bring your daily driver\, your track car\, or a $2\,026 Totally Rad ride as part of our optional Cheap Car Challenge. \n\n\n\nFull details below – click here to register on MotorsportReg! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRainbow Road 101\n\n\n\nAllowable Cars for Competition\n\n\n\nGenerally\, most vehicles may compete at Trackcross. For insurance purposes\, we cannot allow Body on Frame SUVs or trucks. Summit Point currently does not allow EVs. If you are unsure about using a certain vehicle\, contact us. \n\n\n\nConvertibles are allowed on a case-by-case basis. You must pass the “broomstick test” (click here) in order to drive an approved convertible. No exceptions will be made to this policy and please reach out if considering bringing a convertible. \n\n\n\nWe will group competition cars into various classes to ensure fair and (ideally!) fun competition. Cars will be split by Stock or Modified (if you’ve upgraded beyond OEM parts\, it’s modified) with another split at 200 HP. If things get extraordinarily spicy\, we may split ’em further. \n\n\n\nGiven the nature of these events\, your competition car does not have to be registered\, tagged\, or insured to be driven on public roads. These events are hosted on private property and vehicles may be trailered in to compete. \n\n\n\nCompetition Format\n\n\n\nCars will be sent from the starting line one at a time\, with the goal of running between Start and Finish in the shortest time possible. All times will be logged\, and the best single time from each heat will be used for calculating placement in your class. \n\n\n\nYour best time from each heat will contribute to your total four-run time for the event\, used to calculate final finishing order. \n\n\n\nAll drivers in a heat get the same number of runs. Should one driver’s actions result in another driver catching them on course or encountering a red-flag scenario\, the affected driver will receive a re-run with a clear course. The driver who caused the re-run will not receive another run. \n\n\n\nHelmet Requirements\n\n\n\nYes\, you need a helmet! All drivers and passengers must have a helmet that meets Snell SA2010 or M2010 or newer standards. Helmets may be purchased or rented at a special Out Motorsports rate from OG Racing in Sterling\, Virginia. They’ll work with you even if you’re not local – give ’em a call at 800-934-9112 and mention you’re with us! \n\n\n\nSharing Cars Among Friends\n\n\n\nWant to share a car with a friend? Go for it! We allow a maximum of two drivers to share one car. If sharing a car\, the first driver shall pick a two-digit number (i.e. 41) and the second driver shall pick the same number\, but add a “1” to the start or end (i.e. 141 or 411). \n\n\n\nEach driver will get the same number of runs – they are tied to the specific person and not the car itself. \n\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\n\n\nAll registered competition cars must pass a tech/safety inspection\, to be performed trackside before the event goes green. Click here to download and print the Tech Inspection form. We ask that you bring a printed copy of this form with your info filled out to expedite Saturday morning. If your vehicle will not pass based on every item listed on the form\, ensure it is fixed before arriving. We cannot issue a refund if your vehicle does not pass tech at the event. \n\n\n\nSeat Time vs Working\n\n\n\nEveryone will drive in two heats per day\, one before lunch and one after. Total number of runs varies by event\, but everyone will get the same number. The more spins and off-track excursions people accidentally take\, the fewer runs you’ll get. Please do your best to keep control of your car to ensure everyone gets as much seat time as possible! Generally we’ve been able to provide 6 to 8 runs per heat. \n\n\n\nYou will be assigned to work one heat per day. We’ll share work assignments the week of the event. \n\n\n\nDriver Scholarships\n\n\n\nWe believe in getting more drivers behind the wheel\, as these types of events significantly improve your skills on the road\, too. Since 2022\, we’ve been able to cover the entry fees and lodging costs for some entrants\, allowing participation from folks who otherwise might find these kinds of events a bit of a stretch. We’re able to host our scholarship program once again – Click here to apply! \n\n\n\n‘Totally Rad’ Cheap Car Challenge\n\n\n\nWe love our cheap cars and cheeky themes! This is totally optional but way fun and only a little bit sketchy. Your challenge\, should you accept it\, is to locate and purchase a totally Rad competition car for $2\,026 or less. Going by official Radwood rules\, that means anything made from 1980 through 1999. If it first went on sale in 1999 and was sold in 2001… we’ll allow it. \n\n\n\nAll drivers who compete in the Cheap Car Challenge will be battling it out for prizes provided by Bridgestone and other sponsors! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nOur tentative weekend schedule will be as follows: \n\n\n\nFriday\n\n\n\n\n4:00 PM: Paddock opens for car/trailer drop off\, unloading\, and general hang-out time\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\n\n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & tech inspection open\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting and novice classroom\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat A on course (Heat B works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on course (Heat A works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, touring laps\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat C on course (Heat D works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on course (Heat C works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Group dinner sponsored by OG Racing – all are welcome!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\n\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat E on course (Heat F works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat F on Course (Heat E Works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat G on course (Heat H works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat H on course (Heat G works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Results announced\, awards presented\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. We’d love to have you! Please register as “Crew” on MotorsportReg using the link/button above or below. Everyone on site must be registered as a competition driver\, car show entrant\, or crew. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLodging\n\n\n\nWe are back at the Tru in Winchester for the 5th year in a row\, with a group room rate of $109/night. Please click here to book. You must book by March 15 to guarantee this rate! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRefunds\n\n\n\nWe get it – sometimes things come up and you can’t make the event. However\, the policy you agree to when you register is “All sales final – no cancellation\, refund\, or credit. Entry is transferrable to another person for this event only.” \n\n\n\nWe are truly sorry if you disagree\, but there are no exceptions to this policy\, so please don’t ask. Think of your registration like concert tickets or sporting event passes – they get you a seat at a specific place and time for a potentially sold-out event\, and that’s all. \n\n\n\nIf you are having car problems\, your best option is to bring a different car or co-drive with a friend. If you find you cannot attend for any other reason\, your best option is to sell or give the spot to someone else qualified to participate\, then let us know whose name to put on it by 72 hours prior. This policy is financially necessary and part of how we keep our entry fees as low as possible and keep things fair for everyone; thanks for understanding.

SUMMARY:Midwest Grocery Trip Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Looking for Hoc-Kings & Queens? Click here. \n\n\n\nSame beautiful Driftless Region\, updated drive route! Our friend Mason once joked that a Midwestern trip to the grocery store was a quick hundred miles away. Join Out Motorsports for a full day of winding roads through Wisconsin’s Driftless Region\, with donuts and coffee in the morning\, a lunch stop mid-drive\, and a classic Swiss group dinner to cap it all off. \n\n\n\nOur route will take place in New Glarus\, Wisconsin – home of New Glarus Brewing Company and known as America’s Little Switzerland. This’ll be about two hours from Chicago and four hours from Minneapolis on some of the best roads the area has to offer. \n\n\n\nSocialization is the name of this game! If you’re driving solo and open to meeting new people\, we’ll randomly pair you with a willing passenger or two. If you are more interested in riding and chatting than driving yourself\, register as a “free agent” passenger and we’ll pair you to a driver. If you’re driving and bringing someone along\, that’s great too! \n\n\n\nThis drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic. When registering\, please choose your desired pace of drive group. We will run up to four drive groups on a 15-minute interval. \n\n\n\nAs these events are carefully planned ahead of the start date\, all drivers and passengers must register below! Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Wednesday\, June 17 at 5 PM CT. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nWe have a room block at the Chalet Landhaus Inn. Please call (608) 527-5234 and mention you are booking for the Out Motorsports rally. King or Two Double Bed rooms are available at $165/night. You must call and book by May 18 to secure this rate. \n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nFriday\, June 19\n\n\n\n\nCheck in at our host hotel. No matter where you’re actually staying\, grab your name tag and let us know you’re here!\n\n\n\nDinner is on your own\, though groups will undoubtedly form to run off and eat.\n\n\n\nSocial time at the host hotel. Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, June 20\n\n\n\n\n9:30 AM: Meet-up and check-in begins. Enjoy coffee and donuts on us\, and get to know your other drivers and passengers!\n\n\n\n10:45 AM: All hands’ meeting. We’ll go over some pre-drive information to make sure everyone’s on the same page\, get drive route maps and passenger pairings sorted\, and head out.\n\n\n\n11:00 AM: Drive Group A leaves.\n\n\n\n11:15 AM: Drive Group B leaves.\n\n\n\n11:30 AM: Drive Group C leaves.\n\n\n\n11:45 AM: Drive Group D leaves.\n\n\n\nMidway: Lunch stop! We’ll take a breather at a park along our route for sandwiches\, thanks to Edelweiss Autowerks.\n\n\n\n2:30 PM or so onward: Drive groups return. Enjoy some free time to catch up with others\, take each other on rides (as always happens) and clean up before dinner.\n\n\n\n6:00 PM: Group dinner! Dinner is included as part of your registration\, all are welcome and encouraged to join.\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, June 21\n\n\n\n\nSay your goodbyes and head home!\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the drive\, so make sure you will be able to make it approximately 120 miles to our destination.\n\n\n\nAn empty bladder – There will be one stop along our route with restrooms; it is a public park so plan accordingly.\n\n\n\nA two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. If you do not have your own\, there will be extras floating around that you may be able to borrow. But if you can bring your own\, please do. They are cheap and plentiful on Amazon. We recommend Midland or Motorola if you would like to buy your own.\n\n\n\nYour Common Sense – Please remember that we are using public roads\, and there will be traffic\, debris\, etc. on our route. This is not a race\, it is not a time trial. It is a Follow-The-Leader style cruise with some nice hills and twisties. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\n\n\n\nThis is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. Keep your eyes up\, keep your speeds reasonable\, and drive safely. Anyone driving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave and may be blacklisted from future events of this nature. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpecial thanks to our sponsors\, supporting this weekend yet again! We appreciate you!

SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Trackcross East #2
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports at Summit Point Motorsports Park for two days of trackcross on Jefferson and Washington Circuits! Trackcross is autocross-style competition – fastest driver from point A to point B – but on portions of a racetrack. Bring your daily driver\, your track car\, or a $2\,026 Totally Rad ride as part of our optional Cheap Car Challenge. \n\n\n\nRegistration is live on MotorsportReg – click here to register as a driver\, crew\, or car show participant. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRainbow Road 101\n\n\n\nAllowable Cars for Competition\n\n\n\nGenerally\, most vehicles may compete at Trackcross. For insurance purposes\, we cannot allow Body on Frame SUVs or trucks. In years past\, we’ve been able to cover the entry fees and lodging costs for some entrants\, allowing participation from folks who otherwise might find these kinds of events a bit of a stretch. Nominate yourself or a friend – click here to apply. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n‘Totally Rad’ Cheap Car Challenge\n\n\n\nWe love our cheap cars and cheeky themes! \n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nOur tentative weekend schedule will be as follows: \n\n\n\nFriday\n\n\n\n\n4:00 PM: Paddock opens for car/trailer drop off\, unloading\, and general hang-out time\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\n\n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & tech inspection open\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting and novice classroom\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat A on course (Heat B works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on course (Heat A works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, touring laps\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat C on course (Heat D works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on course (Heat C works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Group dinner sponsored by OG Racing – all are welcome!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\n\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat E on course (Heat F works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat F on Course (Heat E Works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat G on course (Heat H works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat H on course (Heat G works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Results announced\, awards presented\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. We’d love to have you! Please register as “Crew” on MotorsportReg here. Everyone on site must be registered as a competition driver\, car show entrant\, or crew. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLodging\n\n\n\nWe have a discounted room block at the Tru by Hilton in Winchester VA. Please use this link to book your room.

SUMMARY:Pumpkin Spice Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania for over two hours of winding mountain roads\, bookended with coffee in the morning and a group dinner after our drive. \n\n\n\nEnjoying the roads is only half the fun – if you’re driving solo and open to meeting new people\, we’ll randomly pair you with a willing passenger or two. If you are more interested in riding and chatting than driving yourself\, register as a “free agent” passenger and we’ll pair you to a driver. If you’re driving and bringing someone along\, that’s great too! \n\n\n\nThis event will be headquartered at Camp Out Poconos\, an LGBTQ+ campground. Your registration fee includes access to all of Camp Out’s amenities on top of dinner and our group drive. While others may be staying at Camp Out during our weekend there\, only those registered for this event may attend our drive. \n\n\n\nThis drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic. When registering\, please choose your desired pace of drive group. We will run up to seven drive groups on a 10-minute interval. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nCabins and camp sites are available at Camp Out at a group rate. Please email Lance Fisher with your request – include name(s) and desired lodging – and he will coordinate with you for cabin/camp site registration and separate payment. \n\n\n\nWe will also have a hotel room block nearby. If you like central air and free powdered eggs every morning\, please check back here or check your email once you have registered. We will post a registration link once we have it. \n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nFriday\, October 2\n\n\n\n\nCheck in at Camp Out Poconos. No matter where you’re staying\, grab your name tag and let us know you’re here!\n\n\n\nDinner is on your own\, though groups will undoubtedly form to run off and eat. There are plenty of options nearby\, and Migdalia’s will be open at Camp Out until 7 PM.\n\n\n\nSocial time at Camp Out\, including a welcome party featuring DJ Frank Bishop! Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar. If you are traveling to the hotel\, please drink responsibly or designate a sober driver.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, October 3\n\n\n\n\n8:30 AM: ‘Transportation and Tea’ aka Cars & Coffee! Get to know your other drivers and passengers!\n\n\n\n9:45 AM: All hands’ meeting. We’ll go over some pre-drive information to make sure everyone’s on the same page\, get drive route maps and passenger pairings sorted\, and head out.\n\n\n\n10:00 AM: Drive Group A leaves.\n\n\n\n10:10 AM: Drive Group B leaves.\n\n\n\n10:20 AM: Drive Group C leaves.\n\n\n\n10:30 AM: Drive Group D leaves.\n\n\n\n10:40 AM: Drive Group E leaves.\n\n\n\n10:50 AM: Drive Group F leaves.\n\n\n\n11:00 AM: Drive Group G leaves.\n\n\n\n1:30 PM or so onward: Arrive back to Camp Out. Enjoy some free time to catch up with others\, take each other on rides (as always happens)\, take a dip in the pool (it’s open this year!) and clean up before dinner.\n\n\n\n6:00 PM: Group dinner! Dinner will be served buffet-style with options to accommodate various dietary needs.\n\n\n\n8:00 PM or so onward: Party at Camp Out! We’ve got birthdays to celebrate (Jake and Lance among others) with a DJ\, fire pit\, and more.\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, October 4\n\n\n\n\nSay your goodbyes and head home! Breakfast available (on your own) at Migdalia’s.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the drive\, so make sure you will be able to make it to our destination.\n\n\n\nAn empty bladder – Our route will include a stop with restrooms\, but it’s a long drive and we’re only planning for one stop.\n\n\n\nA two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. \n\n\n\nIf driver slots are full\, sign up as a passenger and ride with someone! We cannot accommodate more than 80 drivers due to drive route/group limitations. A waitlist will open up below once ALL tickets are sold\, and you may add yourself to the waitlist if you would like to drive. If someone drops out\, driver slots will be granted in order of the waitlist.
