SUMMARY:Minnesota Fall Road Rally 2026
DESCRIPTION:Ready for Year 9 of the Minnesota Fall Road Rally? Join us for a Sunday drive of twists and turns in the Mississippi River Valley\, with coffee and breakfast in the morning as we organize and stage\, and a late lunch at Stone Barn Pizza\, as well as a kickoff dinner\, brunch and more shenanigans on Saturday. \nEnjoying the roads is only half the fun – if you’re driving solo and open to meeting new people\, we’ll randomly pair you with a willing passenger or two. If you are more interested in riding and chatting than driving yourself\, register as a “free agent” passenger and we’ll pair you with a driver. If you’re driving and bringing someone along\, that’s great too! \nYour registration fee includes breakfast at the morning meeting point\, as well as buffet style entrees and tables and chairs for the Saturday evening kickoff party. \nOnly those registered for this event may attend our drive. \nThis drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic\, apart from the errant tractor\, Equinox\, or trailer. When registering\, please choose your desired pace of drive group. We will run up to seven drive groups on a 10-minute interval\, ideally limiting each group to 8 cars to stay within radio range. \nAs these events are carefully planned ahead of the start date\, all drivers and passengers must register below! Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Wednesday\, September 10. \n  \nFriday\, September 11\n\n9:00 PM: Meet up organically at Eagle|MPLS – find your friends and hang out over a drink or four.\n\nSaturday\, September 12\n\n10:30 AM – 3:00PM: Carver County Pride Car Show (501 W 3rd Street\, Waconia\, Minnesota 55387) – Enjoy Pride festivities\, enter your vehicle in the car show (or spectate\, but please enter if you can)\, and potentially win one of three awards! Register here: https://tinyurl.com/2s4xnwc8\n3:00PM – 7:00 PM: Choose your own adventure – we’ll be setting up for the evening kickoff party!\n7:00 PM – midnight: Kickoff Party and registration at the Heaux Chateau! Buffet-style food will be provided\, but if you want to bring a Midwestern dish you’re proud of go ahead and add to the smorgasbord. Address will be emailed to all registered.\n\nSunday\, September 13\n\n8:30 AM: Those in the metro area\, start heading on down to Red Wing (~1 hr 20 min drive from Brooklyn Park)\n10:00 AM: ‘Transportation and Tea’ aka Cars & Coffee! Get to know your other drivers and passengers and enjoy breakfast and coffee at our assembly point in Red Wing!\n10:45 AM: All hands’ meeting. We’ll go over some pre-drive information to make sure everyone’s on the same page\, get drive route maps and passenger pairings sorted\, and head out.\n11:00 AM: Drive Group A leaves.\n11:10 AM: Drive Group B leaves.\n11:20 AM: Drive Group C leaves.\n11:30 AM: Drive Group D leaves.\n11:40 AM: Drive Group E leaves.\n11:50 AM: Drive Group F leaves.\n12:00 PM: Drive Group G leaves.\n2:45 PM or so onward: Arrive at our lunch destination and chow down on some pizza. Enjoy some free time to catch up with others\, and say your goodbyes as we all go our separate ways home.\n\nWhat to Bring\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the drive\, so make sure you will be able to make it to our destination.\nAn empty bladder – Our route will include a stop with restrooms\, but it’s a long drive and we’re only planning for one stop.\nA two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. If you do not have your own\, there will be extras floating around that you may be able to borrow. But if you can bring your own\, please do. They are cheap and plentiful on Amazon. We recommend Midland or Motorola if you would like to buy your own.\nYour Common Sense – Please remember that we are using public roads\, and there will be traffic\, debris\, etc. on our route. This is not a race\, it is not a time trial. It is a Follow-The-Leader style cruise with some nice hills and twisties. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\nThis is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. Keep your eyes up\, keep your speeds reasonable\, and drive safely. Anyone driving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave and may be blacklisted from future events of this nature.

SUMMARY:Pumpkin Spice Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania for over two hours of winding mountain roads\, bookended with coffee in the morning and a group dinner after our drive. \n\n\n\nEnjoying the roads is only half the fun – if you’re driving solo and open to meeting new people\, we’ll randomly pair you with a willing passenger or two. If you’re driving and bringing someone along\, that’s great too! \n\n\n\nThis event will be headquartered at Camp Out Poconos\, an LGBTQ+ campground. Your registration fee includes access to all of Camp Out’s amenities on top of dinner and our group drive. While others may be staying at Camp Out during our weekend there\, only those registered for this event may attend our drive. \n\n\n\nThis drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic. When registering\, please choose your desired pace of drive group. We will run up to seven drive groups on a 10-minute interval. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nCabins and camp sites are available at Camp Out at a group rate. Please email Lance Fisher with your request – include name(s) and desired lodging – and he will coordinate with you for cabin/camp site registration and separate payment. \n\n\n\nWe will also have a hotel room block nearby. If you like central air and free powdered eggs every morning\, please check back here or check your email once you have registered. We will post a registration link once we have it. \n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nFriday\, October 2\n\n\n\n\nCheck in at Camp Out Poconos. No matter where you’re staying\, grab your name tag and let us know you’re here!\n\n\n\nDinner is on your own\, though groups will undoubtedly form to run off and eat. There are plenty of options nearby\, and Migdalia’s will be open at Camp Out until 7 PM.\n\n\n\nSocial time at Camp Out\, including a welcome party featuring DJ Frank Bishop! Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar. If you are traveling to the hotel\, please drink responsibly or designate a sober driver.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, October 3\n\n\n\n\n8:30 AM: ‘Transportation and Tea’ aka Cars & Coffee!
