SUMMARY:Midwestern Grocery Trip Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Our friend Mason once joked that a Midwestern trip to the grocery store was a quick hundred miles away. So then… join Out Motorsports for over two hours of winding roads\, bookended with coffee in the morning and a group dinner after our drive! \n\n\n\nOur route will take place in New Glarus\, Wisconsin – home of New Glarus Brewing Company and known as America’s Little Switzerland. This’ll be about two hours from Chicago and four hours from Minneapolis on some of the best roads the area has to offer. \n\n\n\nSocialization is the name of this game! If you’re driving solo and open to meeting new people\, we’ll randomly pair you with a willing passenger or two. If you are more interested in riding and chatting than driving yourself\, register as a “free agent” passenger and we’ll pair you to a driver. If you’re driving and bringing someone along\, that’s great too! \n\n\n\nThis drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic. When registering\, please choose your desired pace of drive group. We will run up to four drive groups on a 15-minute interval. \n\n\n\nAs these events are carefully planned ahead of the start date\, all drivers and passengers must register below! Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Tuesday\, June 17 at 5 PM CT. \n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nWe have a room block at the Chalet Landhaus Inn. Please call (608) 527-5234 and mention you are booking for the Out Motorsports rally. King or Two Double Bed rooms are available at $160/night. \n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nFriday\, June 20\n\n\n\n\nCheck in at our host hotel. No matter where you’re actually staying\, grab your name tag and let us know you’re here!\n\n\n\nDinner is on your own\, though groups will undoubtedly form to run off and eat.\n\n\n\nSocial time at the host hotel. Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, June 21\n\n\n\n\n9:30 AM: Meet-up and check-in begins. Enjoy coffee on us\, and get to know your other drivers and passengers!\n\n\n\n10:45 AM: All hands’ meeting. We’ll go over some pre-drive information to make sure everyone’s on the same page\, get drive route maps and passenger pairings sorted\, and head out.\n\n\n\n11:00 AM: Drive Group A leaves.\n\n\n\n11:15 AM: Drive Group B leaves.\n\n\n\n11:30 AM: Drive Group C leaves.\n\n\n\n11:45 AM: Drive Group D leaves.\n\n\n\n2:00 PM or so onward: Drive groups return. Enjoy some free time to catch up with others\, take each other on rides (as always happens) and clean up before dinner.\n\n\n\n6:00 PM: Group dinner! Dinner is included as part of your registration\, all are welcome and encouraged to join.\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, June 22\n\n\n\n\nSay your goodbyes and head home!\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the drive\, so make sure you will be able to make it approximately 120 miles to our destination.\n\n\n\nAn empty bladder – There will be two stops along our route. Only the second stop features real\, actual restrooms. Plan your coffee and water intake accordingly!\n\n\n\nSnacks/water – While we have a group dinner planned\, there is no official pre-drive lunch and our stopping point will not have snacks or water available. Please bring anything you’d like to stay satiated while we’re driving.\n\n\n\nA two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. If you do not have your own\, there will be extras floating around that you may be able to borrow. But if you can bring your own\, please do. They are cheap and plentiful on Amazon. We recommend Midland or Motorola if you would like to buy your own.\n\n\n\nYour Common Sense – Please remember that we are using public roads\, and there will be traffic\, debris\, etc. on our route. This is not a race\, it is not a time trial. It is a Follow-The-Leader style cruise with some nice hills and twisties. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\n\n\n\nThis is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. Keep your eyes up\, keep your speeds reasonable\, and drive safely. Anyone driving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave and may be blacklisted from future events of this nature.

SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Trackcross East
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports at Summit Point Motorsports Park for two days of trackcross on Shenandoah and Washington Circuits! Trackcross is autocross-style competition – fastest driver from point A to point B – but on portions of a racetrack. Bring your daily driver\, your track car\, or a $2\,025 ‘Altimate Challenge Car’ as part of our optional Cheap Car Challenge. \n\n\n\nFull event details are below! Click here to register! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRainbow Road 101\n\n\n\nAllowable Cars for Competition\n\n\n\nGenerally\, most vehicles may compete at Trackcross. For insurance purposes\, we cannot allow Body on Frame SUVs or trucks. If you are unsure about using a certain vehicle\, contact us. \n\n\n\nConvertibles are allowed on a case-by-case basis. You must pass the “broomstick test” (click here) in order to drive an approved convertible. No exceptions will be made to this policy and please reach out if considering bringing a convertible. \n\n\n\nWe will group competition cars into various classes to ensure fair and (ideally!) fun competition. Cars will be split by Stock or Modified (if you’ve upgraded beyond OEM parts\, it’s modified) with another split at 200 HP. If things get extraordinarily spicy\, we may split ’em further. \n\n\n\nGiven the nature of these events\, your competition car does not have to be registered\, tagged\, or insured to be driven on public roads. These events are hosted on private property and vehicles may be trailered in to compete. \n\n\n\nCompetition Format\n\n\n\nCars will be sent from the starting line one at a time\, with the goal of running between Start and Finish in the shortest time possible. All times will be logged\, and the best single time from each heat will be used for calculating placement in your class. \n\n\n\nYour best time from each heat will contribute to your total four-run time for the event\, used to calculate final finishing order. \n\n\n\nAll drivers in a heat get the same number of runs. Should one driver’s actions result in another driver catching them on course or encountering a red-flag scenario\, the affected driver will receive a re-run with a clear course. The driver who caused the re-run will not receive another run. \n\n\n\nHelmet Requirements\n\n\n\nYes\, you need a helmet! All drivers and passengers must have a helmet that meets Snell SA2010 or M2010 or newer standards. Helmets may be purchased or rented at a special Out Motorsports rate from OG Racing in Sterling\, Virginia. They’ll work with you even if you’re not local – give ’em a call at 800-934-9112 and mention you’re with us! \n\n\n\nSharing Cars Among Friends\n\n\n\nWant to share a car with a friend? Go for it! We allow a maximum of two drivers to share one car. If sharing a car\, the first driver shall pick a two-digit number (i.e. 41) and the second driver shall pick the same number\, but add a “1” to the start or end (i.e. 141 or 411). \n\n\n\nEach driver will get the same number of runs – they are tied to the specific person and not the car itself. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\n\n\nAll registered competition cars must pass a tech/safety inspection\, to be performed trackside before the event goes green. Click here to download and print the Tech Inspection form. We ask that you bring a printed copy of this form with your info filled out to expedite Saturday morning. If your vehicle will not pass based on every item listed on the form\, ensure it is fixed before arriving. We cannot issue a refund if your vehicle does not pass tech at the event. \n\n\n\nSeat Time vs Working\n\n\n\nEveryone will drive in two heats per day\, one before lunch and one after. Total number of runs varies by event\, but everyone will get the same number. The more spins and off-track excursions people accidentally take\, the fewer runs you’ll get. Please do your best to keep control of your car to ensure everyone gets as much seat time as possible! Generally we’ve been able to provide 6 to 8 runs per heat. \n\n\n\nYou will be assigned to work one heat per day. We’ll share work assignments the week of the event. \n\n\n\nDriver Scholarships\n\n\n\nWe believe in getting more drivers behind the wheel\, as these types of events significantly improve your skills on the road\, too. In years past\, we’ve been able to cover the entry fees and lodging costs for some entrants\, allowing participation from folks who otherwise might find these kinds of events a bit of a stretch. \n\n\n\nWe’re currently confirming the level of funding we have for scholarships this year and will post an application link as soon as possible. Check back here\, on social media\, and in your email. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n‘The Altimate’ Cheap Car Challenge\n\n\n\nBack again is our Top-Gear-esque cheap car challenge! This is totally optional but way fun and only a little bit sketchy. Your challenge\, should you accept it\, is to locate and purchase a competition car for $2\,025 or less for The Altimate Challenge. Yes\, Nissan Altimas have pushed old Panther-platform Fords and Lincolns aside as “cockroaches of the road” and we’re celebrating their durability and ubiquity this year! \n\n\n\nSo then\, pick a Nissan Altima. Any Altima. Make it safe and bring it. We’ll class ’em by generation and engine. Can someone find a spicy SE-R within budget? Is anyone going for the first-gen? Will someone deviate and bring a Smalltima (a Sentra) or luxurious Maximaltima? We can’t wait to find out. \n\n\n\nAll drivers who compete in the Cheap Car Challenge will be battling it out for a set of Bridgestone or Firestone tires\, mounted and balanced\, thanks to our ongoing sponsorship from Bridgestone. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nOur tentative weekend schedule will be as follows: \n\n\n\nFriday\n\n\n\n\n4:00 PM: Paddock opens for car/trailer drop off\, unloading\, and general hang-out time\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\n\n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & tech inspection open\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting and novice classroom\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat A on course (Heat B works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on course (Heat A works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, touring laps\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat C on course (Heat D works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on course (Heat C works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Group dinner sponsored by OG Racing – all are welcome!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\n\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat E on course (Heat F works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat F on Course (Heat E Works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat G on course (Heat H works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat H on course (Heat G works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Results announced\, awards presented\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. We’d love to have you! Please register as “Crew” on MotorsportReg using the link/button above or below. Everyone on site must be registered as a competition driver\, car show entrant\, or crew. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLodging\n\n\n\nWe have a hotel room block at the Tru by Hilton in Winchester\, VA; approximately 15 minutes from the track. Please click here to book using our group rate of $109/night. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRefunds\n\n\n\nWe get it – sometimes things come up and you can’t make the event. However\, the policy you agree to when you register is “All sales final – no cancellation\, refund\, or credit. Entry is transferrable to another person for this event only.” \n\n\n\nWe are truly sorry if you disagree\, but there are no exceptions to this policy\, so please don’t ask. Think of your registration like concert tickets or sporting event passes – they get you a seat at a specific place and time for a potentially sold-out event\, and that’s all. \n\n\n\nIf you are having car problems\, your best option is to bring a different car or co-drive with a friend. If you find you cannot attend for any other reason\, your best option is to sell or give the spot to someone else qualified to participate\, then let us know whose name to put on it by 72 hours prior. This policy is financially necessary and part of how we keep our entry fees as low as possible and keep things fair for everyone; thanks for understanding.

SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Autocross
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports at Summit Point Motorsports Park for two days of amped-up autocross on the Washington Circuit! This isn’t just a parking lot with cones – it’s a triple skidpad connected by more asphalt with curbing and speed aplenty. Bring your daily driver\, your track car\, or a $2\,000 ‘Dot-Com Darling’ as part of our optional Cheap Car Challenge. \n\n\n\nFull event details are below! Please give them a read and then click here to register on MotorsportReg. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRainbow Road 101\n\n\n\nAllowable Cars for Competition\n\n\n\nGenerally\, most vehicles may compete at autocross. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelmet Requirements\n\n\n\nYes\, you need a helmet! \n\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\n\n\nAll registered competition cars must pass a tech/safety inspection\, to be performed trackside before the event goes green. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSeat Time vs Working\n\n\n\nEveryone will drive in two heats per day\, one before lunch and one after. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n‘Dot-Com Darlings’ Cheap Car Challenge\n\n\n\nBack again is our Top-Gear-esque cheap car challenge! This is totally optional but way fun and only a little bit sketchy. Your challenge\, should you accept it\, is to locate and purchase a competition car that is a “dot-com darling” for $2\,004 or less. The dot-com boom started slowly – services like CompuServe and AOL hit the scene around 1990\, everything peaked around 1999 and came crumbling down shortly after\, with some remnants finally settling down at the end of 2004. \n\n\n\nSo then\, pick a car built between 1990 and 2004. Buy it\, fix what’s broken\, and have it able to pass tech inspection all for $2\,004 or less. All competition rules as listed above also apply here. \n\n\n\nCars will be classed by Mainstream or Luxury brand and Compact\, Midsize\, or Full-Size. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nOur tentative weekend schedule will be as follows: \n\n\n\nFriday\n\n\n\n\n4:00 PM: Paddock opens for car/trailer drop off\, unloading\, and general hang-out time\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\n\n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & tech inspection open\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting and novice classroom\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat A on course (Heat B works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on course (Heat A works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, touring laps\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat C on course (Heat D works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on course (Heat C works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Group dinner sponsored by OG Racing – all are welcome!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\n\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat E on course (Heat F works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat F on Course (Heat E Works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat G on course (Heat H works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat H on course (Heat G works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Results announced\, awards presented\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. We’d love to have you! Please register as “Crew” on MotorsportReg using the link/button above or below. Everyone on site must be registered as a competition driver or crew. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLodging\n\n\n\nWe have a hotel room block at the Tru by Hilton in Winchester\, VA; approximately 15 minutes from the track. Please use this link to book by August 25.

SUMMARY:'Shenandon't Impress Me Much' Valley Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Okay\, so you got some curves? That don’t impress me much. Shania may not be impressed but we know you will be! Join Out Motorsports for over two hours of actually-impressive-we-promise winding mountain roads\, bookended with coffee in the morning and a group dinner after our drive. Our route will start and end in Harrisonburg\, Virginia – yes\, we were here last year. No\, the route won’t be the same. There are so many good roads around\, let’s explore more of ’em! \n\n\n\nHotel rooms are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton (Harrisonburg\, VA) from July 19-21 at a group rate of $149/night for either a king or two queens. Please use Group Code ’90H’ (that’s a zero) when booking – click “Special Rates” – or use this link. You MUST BOOK by June 19th to get the discounted rate. \n\n\n\n⭐️ As these events are carefully planned ahead of the start date\, all drivers and passengers must register below! Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Friday\, July 12 at 5 PM ET. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nFriday\, July 19\n\n\n\n\nCheck in at our host hotel. No matter where you’re actually staying\, grab your name tag and let us know you’re here!\n\n\n\nDinner is on your own\, though groups will undoubtedly form to run off and eat. \n\n\n\nSocial time at the host hotel. Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, July 20\n\n\n\n\n9:30 AM: Meet-up and check-in begins. Gas is available near the starting point. DC Fast Charging is available at Walmarts in Staunton\, VA or Woodstock\, VA. Tesla Supercharging is available in town near the Courtyard.\n\n\n\nAn empty bladder – There will be two stops along our route. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\n\n\n\n🚦 This is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. Keep your eyes up\, keep your speeds reasonable\, and drive safely. Anyone driving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave and may be blacklisted from future events of this nature. 🚦

SUMMARY:'Midwestern Grocery Trip' Driftless Area Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Our friend Mason once joked that a Midwestern trip to the grocery store was a quick hundred miles away. So then… join Out Motorsports for over two hours of winding roads\, bookended with coffee in the morning and a group dinner after our drive! \n\n\n\nOur route will take place in the Driftless Area region of Wisconsin\, near Madison. \n\n\n\n⭐️ As these events are carefully planned ahead of the start date\, all drivers and passengers must register below! Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Friday\, June 7 at 5 PM CT. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations\n\n\n\nWe have a room block at the Chalet Landhaus Inn. Please call (608) 527-5234 and mention you are booking for the Out Motorsports rally. King or Two Double Bed rooms are available at $150/night for Friday the 14th and Saturday the 15th. Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a dull roar.\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, June 15\n\n\n\n\n9:30 AM: Meet-up and check-in begins. Enjoy coffee on us\, and get to know your other drivers and passengers!\n\n\n\n10:45 AM: All hands’ meeting. Dinner is included as part of your registration\, all are welcome and encouraged to join.\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, June 16\n\n\n\n\nSay your goodbyes and head home! \n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the drive\, so make sure you will be able to make it approximately 120 miles to our destination. \n\n\n\nAn empty bladder – There will be two stops along our route. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\n\n\n\n🚦 This is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Trackcross East
DESCRIPTION:Join Out Motorsports at Summit Point Motorsports Park for two days of trackcross on two different circuits! Trackcross is autocross-style competition – fastest driver from point A to point B – but on portions of a racetrack. Bring your daily driver\, your track car\, or a $2\,004 ‘Dot-Com Darling’ as part of our optional Cheap Car Challenge. \n\n\n\nFull event details are below! Please give them a read and then click here to register on MotorsportReg. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRainbow Road 101\n\n\n\nAllowable Cars for Competition\n\n\n\nGenerally\, most vehicles may compete at Trackcross and Rallycross. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelmet Requirements\n\n\n\nYes\, you need a helmet! \n\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\n\n\nAll registered competition cars must pass a tech/safety inspection\, to be performed trackside before the event goes green. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSeat Time vs Working\n\n\n\nEveryone will drive in two heats per day\, one before lunch and one after. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWeekend Schedule\n\n\n\nOur tentative weekend schedule will be as follows: \n\n\n\nFriday\n\n\n\n\n4:00 PM: Paddock opens for car/trailer drop off\, unloading\, and general hang-out time\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\n\n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & tech inspection open\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting and novice classroom\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat A on course (Heat B works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on course (Heat A works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, touring laps\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat C on course (Heat D works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on course (Heat C works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Group dinner sponsored by OG Racing – all are welcome!\n\n\n\n\nSunday\n\n\n\n\n8:00 AM: Drivers’ meeting\n\n\n\n9:00 AM: Heat E on course (Heat F works)\n\n\n\n10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat F on Course (Heat E Works)\n\n\n\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch\, course reset\n\n\n\n1:00 PM: Heat G on course (Heat H works)\n\n\n\n3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat H on course (Heat G works)\n\n\n\n5:30 PM (Approx.): Results announced\, awards presented\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHot Cars & Iced Coffee Car Show by Gears & Queers\n\n\n\nGot something fun and interesting that either can’t be used for competition or isn’t really up to the task? Bring it out and share with the group anyway! Thanks to our best gal pal Chris at Gears & Queers\, we’re also hosting a car show on Saturday. \n\n\n\nCar show entrants will park in a designated portion of the Jefferson Circuit paddock to show their cars\, while leaving plenty of room for competitors’ cars and trucks/trailers. Cars may be displayed all day and car show entrants are free to ride along as passengers in competition cars if wearing an approved helmet (see above) and long pants/closed toe shoes. \n\n\n\nEntrants may also take their cars out on track at lunchtime for touring laps. Touring laps are lower-speed laps of the entire circuit that take place behind a pace car. No passing is allowed. Any vehicle may be driven for these laps and you may have as many passengers as you have seatbelts. No helmets are required for touring laps. \n\n\n\nEntrants will also enjoy our group dinner on Saturday evening\, courtesy of OG Racing. And of course\, you’re welcome to hang out all weekend alongside our competition drivers and crew. \n\n\n\nPlease use the same registration link/button as competition drivers and crew\, above and below! \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. Please use this link to book by March 15.

Please help us help you have a great weekend and register by Friday\, September 8. \n\n\n\nWe heard your feedback! This drive route features almost no stoplights and open roads with minimal traffic. SUMMARY:Pumpkin Spice Rally\, presented by Volvo
DESCRIPTION:Leaves are turning and Uggs are being pulled out of retirement so you know what that means… it’s ✨pumpkin spice time✨ \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJoin Out Motorsports for a day of beautiful back-roads driving in Pennsylvania\, followed by some post-driving fun and a look back on our year. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nOur journey will begin in scintillating Intercourse\, PA. From there\, we will embark on a 55 mile\, 1.5 hour drive through the hills and valleys of PA’s famous Dutch Country where we will pass by some other strangely-named towns\, such as Mascot\, Lititz\, Halfville\, and more! \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nOur drive route will conclude at the wonderful AACA Museum in Hershey\, PA; home to the world’s largest exhibit on Tucker automobiles! We’ll take a full tour of both the museum and their special ‘behind-the-scenes’ warehouse. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nFollowing the tour\, we’ll dovetail into an evening of fun with an end-of-year banquet\, sponsored by Volvo. Break out the pearls and heels\, enjoy dinner on us and a look back at the memories we’ve made in 2022. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n🚩 All drivers and passengers must register and read/sign the event waiver using the ticket options on this page!🚩 Exact start point and other pertinent details will be shared to registered drivers via email as the event date nears. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations:\n\n\n\nWe are working on securing a hotel room block in the same location as our banquet\, and will update this event and make a post when that has been confirmed. If sharing a car\, the first driver shall pick a two-digit number (i.e. 41) and the second driver shall pick the same number\, but add a “1” to the start or end (i.e. 141 or 411) to expedite driver changes.Car numbers and classes must be displayed on both sides of the car in contrasting color. All registered drivers must work one work assignment over the course of the weekend. Work assignments will be made for you and shared prior to and at the event. Please do not miss your work assignment.Cars will be sent from the starting line one at a time\, with the goal of running between Start and Finish in the shortest time possible. All times will be logged\, and the best single time from each day will be used for placing in your class. Think sedans\, minivans\, wagons\, and crossovers – maybe a hatch or coupe\, but you gotta make a good case for it. No convertibles or body-on-frame trucks\, SUVs\, or vans may be entered\, sorry. \n\n\n\nWe are adding more distinction of classing this year in an effort to keep competition more even! Cars will be split based on engine displacement and drive wheels. Anything with forced induction (turbo or supercharger) will be in the “over 2.5L” class. \n\n\n\nYou have $1\,500 to purchase a car that fits the theme.$1\,500 budget includes purchase price and mechanical repairs or upgrades. Modifications for comfort (i.e. a Bluetooth head unit) do not count toward budget. If you already own a car that fits the theme\, use KBB “Good” Trade-In Value to determine its value and thus\, if it can be entered within the $1\,500 budget. Take a screenshot of the stated value as your “Bill of Sale.” Click here to access the KBB tool.Parts may be sold from the car to increase your budget. For example\, if your car comes with a nice radio and speakers that you sell for $100\, that $100 may be used toward your overall budget. All cars entered must have a three-point seatbelt in good condition\, tires with no dry rot or visible cracking\, and fluids contained where the manufacturer intended. Please see here for the complete tech inspection form that will be used to evaluate your car at the event. Print this form and bring it with you!Keep. Your. Receipts. Give your driver water\, keep their windshield clean\, whatever. Be their crew and you can magically be on-site with us. You will sign the same waiver at the gate as everyone else but write “Crew” there instead of “Driver.” \n\n\n\nOnce you know who your driver is\, fill out this form. Each registered driver may have one free crew member. A second crew member may be added for $20. \n\n\n\nRefunds\n\n\n\nWe get it – sometimes things come up and you can’t make the event. However\, the policy you agree to when you register is “All sales final – no cancellation\, refund\, or credit. Entry is transferrable to another person for this event only.” \n\n\n\nWe are truly sorry if you disagree but there are no exceptions to this policy so please don’t ask. Think of your registration like concert tickets or sporting event passes – they get you a seat at a specific place and time for a potentially sold-out event\, and that’s all. \n\n\n\nIf you are having car problems\, your best option is to bring a different car. If you find you cannot attend for any other reason\, your best option is to sell or give the spot to someone else qualified to participate\, then let us know whose name to put on it by 72 hours prior. This policy is financially necessary and part of how we keep our entry fees as low as possible and keep things fair for everyone\, thanks for understanding. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReminder: you do NOT have to be a NASA member to register for this event!

SUMMARY:'Six (Red) Flags' Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:You might not have seen the Red Flags your ex was waving\, but the only flags to look out for on this rally are the ones at the amusement park! Join Out Motorsports for a Therapist Approved™* jaunt through the wilds of Central Jersey to kick off the fall motoring season! \n\n\n\nOur ride will begin in Mercer County\, NJ near the Delaware River\, and wind us through the rolling country roads of the central region of the Newest of Jerseys for about 60 miles and 1.5 hours. We will conclude in Jackson\, home of a large outlet mall (for any of your shop-a-holics)\, and the famous Six Flags – Great Adventure Amusement Park! \n\n\n\nWe’ll get the day started a bit earlier for those who want to partake in the park or go shopping at the outlets; or both\, if you so choose! Go for a fun drive with friends old and new\, grab a fetch outfit\, and scream your head off on some of the country’s best-known rides\, such as the world’s tallest roller coaster: Kingda-Ka and the #1 Roller Coaster in the US as voted by USA Today; El Toro. \n\n\n\n All drivers and passengers must register and read/sign the event waiver using the ticket options on this website (Coming soon) \n\n\n\n Exact start point and other pertinent details will be shared to registered drivers via email as the event date nears. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations:\n\n\n\nWe are working on securing a hotel room block near Six Flags and will update this event and make a post when that has been confirmed. You will be on your own for lodging. \n\n\n\nRegistration:\n\n\n\nRegistration on this page includes your participation in the drive and\, optionally\, dinner after the drive. Tickets to Six Flags will be purchased on your own and not included as part of our sign-up process. Click here to buy your Six Flags Great Adventure day pass. \n\n\n\nWe are\, unfortunately\, limited in how large a group we can bring to the group dinner – we’re at the mercy of the largest party room in the area. Should we sell out of group dinner tickets\, we encourage you to grab food with a smaller group and join us after dinner wherever we end up. \n\n\n\nAs always\, these events are open to all and if anything is cost-prohibitive for you\, please contact us and we’ll work with you as best as we can. \n\n\n\nSchedule:\n\n\n\n10:00 AM: Meetup/Check-in begins10:45 AM: Drivers’ Meeting11:00 AM: First car off\, groups will leave in 10 minute increments12:30 PM: Approximate arrival of first drive group in Jackson\, NJ[Free time to enjoy Six Flags\, the outlets\, or any other activities of your choosing]6:00 PM: Group dinner (optional)\n\n\n\nDrivers’ Meeting:\n\n\n\nPlease arrive before the Drivers’ Meeting at 10:45 AM. \n\n\n\nYou can feel free to arrive as early as 10 AM to hang out and socialize. Please check in when you arrive so you can get your group assignment and route sheet. \n\n\n\nWe will have a short driver’s meeting to go over some final details and reminders before the drive. Please be present for the meeting. Anyone who is not present/checked in at the meeting will be left behind\, a-la the Top Gear Code. \n\n\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\n\n\nHere is a short list of things you will want to have with you for the drive. \n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the rally\, so make sure you will be able to make it approximately 100 miles to our destination. Gas is available near the starting point. An empty bladder – There will only be one planned stop along our route\, about halfway through. Restrooms will be available\, but starting the drive after a Trenta iced coffee may still go poorly for you.Snacks/water – While we have a group dinner planned\, there is no official pre-drive lunch and our stopping point will not have snacks or water available. Please bring anything you’d like to stay satiated while we’re driving.A two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. If you do not have your own\, there will be extras floating around that you may be able to borrow. But if you can bring your own\, please do. They are cheap and plentiful on Amazon. We recommend Midland or Motorola if you would like to buy your own.Your Common Sense – Please remember that we are using public roads\, and there will be traffic\, debris\, etc. on our route. This is not a race\, it is not a time trial. It is a Follow-The-Leader style cruise with some nice hills and twisties. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish.\n\n\n\n This is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. Keep your eyes up\, keep your speeds reasonable\, and drive safely. Anyone driving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave and may be blacklisted from future events of this nature.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor more information on the outlets and Six Flags Great Adventure\, visit the links below: \n\n\n\nhttps://www.sixflags.com/greatadventure \n\n\n\nhttps://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/jackson \n\n\n\n* This drive is not actually approved or sponsored by a therapist\, but the Rally Master’s own therapist says it sounds like a good idea!

SUMMARY:'Longwood Gardens' Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Dust off your rides and your Gardening Hats™ for Out Motorsports’ first Road Rally of the new year! We’ll be taking a scenic 1.5 hour drive through the hills and twisties of Chester County\, PA before arriving at our final destination: the famous Longwood Gardens! \n\n\n\nOur drive will begin in Downingtown\, PA. We will gather for a bit to mingle\, then head out for a lightly-spirited drive on some great roads through Chester County and the surrounding area. This is a follow-the-leader style rally\, so all you have to do is come ready to drive and enjoy the roads; we’ll do the rest! \n\n\n\nStart Point: Regal Cinemas & IMAX Downingtown – 100 Quarry Rd\, Downingtown\, PA 19335 \n\n\n\nEnd Point: Longwood Gardens – 1001 Longwood Rd\, Kennett Square\, PA 19348 \n\n\n\nAll drivers must register using the ticket options at the bottom of the page! Any passengers who would like to attend Longwood Gardens must also register using the appropriate ticket option as well. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Schedule\n\n\n\n11:00 AM: Meetup/ Check-in begins11:45 AM: Drivers’ Meeting12:00 PM: First car off\, groups will leave in 10 minute increments2:00 PM: Approximate arrival at Longwood Gardens\n\n\n\nThe Drivers’ Meeting\n\n\n\nPlease arrive before the Drivers’ Meeting at 11:45 AM. \n\n\n\nYou can feel free to arrive as early as 11 AM to hang out and socialize. Please check in with Rally Master when you arrive so you can get your group assignment and route sheet. \n\n\n\nWhen you arrive\, please park in the back left lot next to the movie theater. \n\n\n\nWe will have a short driver’s meeting to go over some things before the drive. Please be present for the meeting. Anyone who is not present/checked in at the meeting will be left behind\, a-la the Top Gear Code. \n\n\n\nThe Necessary Supplies – What to Bring\n\n\n\nHere is a short list of things you will want to have with you for the drive. \n\n\n\nA full tank of gas/a full charge – there are no fueling or charging stops during the rally\, so make sure you will be able to make it the 60 miles to our destination. Gas is available near the starting point\, including at the Wawa on Rt. 30 down the street. An empty bladder – We do not stop on this route\, so there are no restroom breaks. It is only about 1.5 hours\, but please don’t chug a giant iced coffee right before the drive\, or you’ll have a bad time.Snacks/a full stomach – Again\, there are no stops on the route\, and outside food is not permitted at Longwood Gardens. You may feel free to make your own eating arrangements at the Gardens\, or before the rally. There are several restaurants in the immediate area of the start point.A two-way/FRS radio – We will be using these to call directions and keep the group together. If you do not have your own\, there will be extras floating around that you may be able to borrow. But if you can bring your own\, please do. They are cheap and plentiful on Amazon. We recommend Midland or Motorola if you would like to buy your own. If you are using a Baofeng or other radio that relies on frequencies typed in\, click here for the 2017 FRS frequency list.Your Common Sense – Please remember that we are using public roads\, and there will be traffic\, debris\, etc. on our route. This is not a race\, it is not a time trial. It is a Follow-The-Leader style cruise with some nice hills and twisties. Do not expect open and free roads to speed as you wish. This is not a venue in which to explore your limits as a driver or the limits of your vehicle. We will move at a relatively quick pace\, and your leaders/sweepers will do their best to let you know when you can safely have a little fun. However\, anyone caught being a hooligan will be forced to leave.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNavigate to the Starting Point

SUMMARY:Rainbow Road Rallycross
DESCRIPTION:Out Motorsports is inviting you to two days of rallycross! Rallycross is like autocross – competing for your best personal time through a defined course – but on dirt. It’s fun\, it’s a little messy\, and it’s pretty low-risk.  \n\n\n\nDrive (almost) anything you already have\, or go one step farther and purchase a cheap car to join our Challenge classes! \n\n\n\nSummit Point features two rallycross courses\, and we will use both of them! We’ll run one course on Saturday\, and one course on Sunday. Please read everything below\, and click here or use the button at the bottom of the page to register! \n\n\n\nThe Orphaned Car Challenge.\n\n\n\nWhile you can bring your daily driver to rallycross\, wouldn’t it be more fun to bring something you don’t care about? This year’s theme is “Orphaned Cars” – i.e. makes and models that are not sold in the United States anymore. \n\n\n\nYou may spend up to $1\,500 on a vehicle of your choice. The model (and for extra kudos\, make) must not be one that can be purchased new in the United States for the 2021 model year. Anything by Pontiac\, for example\, counts as “orphaned” as Pontiacs are not sold anymore. By comparison\, a Chevrolet Citation would also be considered “orphaned” as the Chevrolet brand exists but the Citation model does not. \n\n\n\nVehicles must be car-based. Trucks and truck-based SUVs are not allowed – contact us if you need to clarify a potential purchase. Convertibles are not allowed without a NASA-approved rollbar installed and the driver(s) passing the “broomstick test.” See note below for details. \n\n\n\nYes yes\, we’re inviting you to bring a cheap and probably-a-bit-horrible vehicle to flog in the dirt. Please remember it will be subject to a basic safety inspection when you arrive. Ensure tires have some tread\, wheel bearings aren’t wobbly\, the battery is tied down\, and fluids aren’t gushing out while stopped or on the move. \n\n\n\nIf you have money left over in your budget\, you may use the remainder of the $1\,500 to purchase “supporting” modifications\, such as wheels\, tires\, shocks\, etc. Modifications that make the vehicle more pleasant to drive (i.e. new radio with Bluetooth) for the trip to our event will not be counted toward your budget. \n\n\n\nBRING YOUR RECEIPTS and BILLS OF SALE! We want to see ‘em. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhatcha Bringing?\n\n\n\nChallenge classes are as follows: \n\n\n\nOrphaned Brands/Makes (the company doesn’t sell in the United States as of 2021)Orphaned Models (the company sells cars in the U.S. but the model is discontinued)\n\n\n\nIf you’re not buying a car for the challenge\, you may register with your daily driver or other vehicle in these classes: \n\n\n\nStock Front Wheel DriveStock Rear Wheel DriveStock All Wheel DriveModified Front Wheel DriveModified Rear Wheel DriveModified All Wheel Drive\n\n\n\nIf you have to ask if something is modified\, it probably is. Replacing a factory part (i.e. shock absorber) with an equivalent aftermarket piece of similar performance counts as stock. Replacing it with something performance-y (lift kit\, snow tires\, more power) counts as modified.  \n\n\n\nConvertibles\n\n\n\nThere are several convertibles from days gone by that you may want to purchase. Maybe you want to bring your daily-driven droptop to compete. If the car does not have factory rollover protection\, a roll bar must be installed. Click here to see cars with approved factory rollover protection. Aftermarket roll bars should meet these requirements\, per NASA: \n\n\n\nAll open cars should have a roll bar installed to help protect the occupant(s) from injury during a roll-over. The main hoop shall be one continuous piece with smooth Mandrel bends with no evidence of crimping or wall failure. All welds should be of the highest possible quality\, with full penetration. All cars with roll bars are required to have adequate roll bar padding. \n\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\n\n\nEvery vehicle competing will have to pass a basic tech inspection. Please download and print this form\, and bring it with you. We will have limited copies available at the track if you forget yours. There will be no refunds issued if your car does not pass tech inspection. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPick a Number!\n\n\n\nWhen you register\, you will choose your class and a number. Numbers must be large and in charge like that guy from the bar you flirted with before we had a lil’ pandemic. Put ‘em on either side of your car using a contrasting color of painters’ tape or vinyl. \n\n\n\nA maximum of two drivers are allowed per car at this event. If you are co-driving a car\, we suggest you pick one number for Driver A (i.e. 21) and add a “1” to the start or end of that number for Driver B (i.e. 121 or 211). This helps with quick number updates as you change drivers mid-heat. Use painters’ tape or get some vinyl “1”s to slap on the doors for that second driver. \n\n\n\nThe Weekend’s Schedule\n\n\n\nThis schedule will apply on both Saturday and Sunday. If you miss the driver’s meeting\, you will not be able to compete that day. There’s a lot of valuable information shared then\, and it’s our only chance to get everyone together\, so please be on time! \n\n\n\n7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration & Tech Inspection Open8:00 AM: Drivers’ Meeting and Novice Classroom9:00 AM: Heat A on Course (Heat B Works)10:30 AM (Approx.): Heat B on Course (Heat A Works)12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch & Course Reset1:00 PM: Heat C on Course (Heat D Works)3:00 PM (Approx.): Heat D on Course (Heat C Works)5:30 PM (Approx.): Awards Party\, All Are Welcome\n\n\n\nEarning that Podium Finish\n\n\n\nEveryone driving will be timed! Your times will be totaled up for each day of competition. Every cone you hit\, just like autocross\, adds two seconds to your time for that run. \n\n\n\nEach driver will receive plenty runs throughout the weekend. Don’t blow your car up or otherwise do something dumb with it as you’ll take time and runs away from everyone else. \n\n\n\nTop three finishers for every class will be honored at an awards party! We’ll have various things to give out for being some of the fastest in the dirt\, and all are welcome to attend. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelmets\n\n\n\nEveryone driving or riding shotgun has to wear a helmet! Helmets must be rated Snell SA2010 or M2010 or newer. You can purchase a helmet from a variety of places\, but we recommend OG Racing in Sterling\, Virginia. Give ‘em a call and mention this event to save a bit on your purchase. \n\n\n\nLodging\n\n\n\nOut Motorsports is not coordinating lodging for this event. You are welcome to get an Airbnb with some friends\, or reserve a hotel room nearby. \n\n\n\nWe have secured a block of rooms at the Tru by Hilton nearby for $89/night. Please click here to book a room at that rate. \n\n\n\nYou are also welcome to camp in our paddock space overnight. \n\n\n\nFood\n\n\n\nSummit Point will not have food or water available on the property while we are competing. Lunches can be brought with you or obtained from Railside Market\, about a mile from the track. \n\n\n\nToyota is catering a delicious BBQ dinner on Saturday night\, via Jordan Springs Market. Big thanks to Toyota for supporting us and keeping us well-fed! \n\n\n\nGuests/Crew/Spectators\n\n\n\nSome of you will want to come hang out for the weekend but not drive and compete. We cannot have random spectators but we CAN have crew for each registered driver! \n\n\n\nIF YOU WANT TO COME AND NOT DRIVE READ THIS: \n\n\n\nYou will need to buddy up with someone who is a registered driver. If your friend is registered and needs you as crew\, great. If you don’t know anyone but want to come witness the debauchery\, comment below and see who has space for crew members.
